Pathetic! *******!
This place is absolutely horrible. I deeply regret spending my hard earned money on them. They had my car for well over 6 months and liquid wrapped my car in "nardo grey" which Audi confirmed wasn't even nardo, yet Ryan so convinced in his own lies tried to persuade that Audi themselves were wrong 😂. The wrap was so bad, there were black spots all over the wrap, parts of the original blue color was showing and there were runs (teardrops) all over. Obviously not happy, I took my car back to them about 8 times over the course of 6 months. Everytime they would work on the car, it gets returned to me in a far worse condition. The damaged my headlight, cut my seats, broke my speaker covers and broke my badges. The front RS3 badge was painted with nailpolish. I was shocked to see their pathetic work ethic. Ryan, in his deluded state even told me the badge doesn't look that bad 😳 🤣. For 6 months he had excuse upon excuse for the horrible job they done on my car.
I finally had enough of his lies and excuses and decided to pick up my car, with the horrible condition it was in and noticed there were mechanical issues, took the car to Audi and they informed the plugs and coilpack was changed. Now if the car was at RRR for months, I wonder who changed my plugs and coilpack 🤔. I questioned Ryan about this and he told me they "only done diagnostics on the car". Dude your job was to wrap my car and fix your pathetic worksmenship.
I was fed up and decided to use a different company to remove the wrap. Was shocked to find that parts of the wrap was bonded with superglue like adhesives. They used white body filler on areas of the car that had no damage. The original paintwork of the car was so badly damaged I had to have the entire car resprayed.
Ryan is the worst business owner with the most pathetic workmanship and work ethic in the car industry I have ever seen. He didn't even try to correct his mess and blamed me for finding fault in his work.
And before you criticise and ridicule me for this post, I have all the chats between myself and Ryan, as well as tons of photos as proof.
Stay away from RRR if you value your vehicle, because Ryan certainly doesn't!
