PAID RYAN R800 TO LOOSEN ALL NUTS AND REMOVE SYNCRO FOR WIPERS

I took my vehicle in for a lowering kit to be installed, Ryan the owner said he’d have my car out by 2pm(I was by the store @ 8am, they had only opened up at 08:30, Ryan assured me someone would be at the store.) He then called me and told my the lowering kit I provided was not suited for my model. It was the. Put out there that we put the stock kit back in as we couldn’t find a set. He then messaged saying it would take 2 hours tops for the job to be done, so when I arrived at the store, my vehicle was left unattended for minutes ahead til I walked in to find out what’s up. I then went to my other vehicle I came in to collect my car and sat and watched how they put it together. My windscreen wipers were not put in properly and it didn’t seem as if they knew what they were doing, my wipers were damaged in their quest to position them correctly as they hit each other. I paid the guy for his work and I left, it was raining so I had to use the wipers and almost half the blade on the passenger side was going off the windshield. I arrived home and searched the internet for a solution. Turns out Ryan did not synchronize my wipers by following the proper procedures. I fixed my wipers instantly in less than 10 minutes. Ryan also mentioned to me 2 of my stock nuts for the wheels are damaged and need replacing(he had his guy put them on but loose which was okay to remove) so I removed them just to find EVERY nut INCLUDING my lock nuts loose on every wheel. This was very dangerous and I immediately tightened them all. I was recommended this place via someone I know and would not recommend anyone to do work at this place.
