Pathetic service

Initially I thought the service was good. I hired them for a ****roach fumigation. With the 2nd follow up they let me know on the day of appointment they cant make it because they were stuck at another client. I had already made arrangements for all the animals etc to be moved out of the house appointed a cleaner. So it has wasted my time and money. I have paid for the 2nd follow up a week before the time with my first payment. I have requested a refund on the 3rd of March today is the 13th of March and they still have not refunded me. No communication or clear times when this refund will be paid over. Just that as soon as their processes are done. It is my opinion that this extra money does not belong to them it belongs to me and I need it back asap.
