RR Konstruksie (Construction) is a total no go

This message is intended to protect more people from being ********** by Riaan Rossouw, the owner of RR Konstruksie.

I contracted RR Konstruksie to erect a 20 x 30m shed for met in October 2019 and the shed is still not finished at the end of March 2020 after I had to pay more than 10% of the initial quote. The workmanship is of extreme poor quality, as a mechanical engineer I am in a position to judge.

Riaan was never on site, he subcontract uns****ed labor with no craftsmanship qualifications and consequently there is no quality control. When the issues were addressed Riaan disappeared.

Riaan uses deposits from new clients to support rework on existing projects and keep on building a pyramid scheme. I lost R100000 and the next person will loose even more.

During the ordeal, which is far from over, I was approached by no less than 4 people who are in the same position due to Riaan Rossouw.
