Unprofessional, Uncommitted and Unreliable

Will never recommend! Rainer Richardson is the most unprofessional person we've had the displeasure of dealing with. He broke/damaged more things than he did right. Short-paid staff and then blamed us. Went R150k over budget and acted like it was not his fault even though we built in a contingency amount for extras into the budget. He left our building work unfinished and failing the CoC's for which we had to pay more to complete with reputable companies. He used our garden implements and tools without asking, broke/damaged them and never replaced anything. Arrived late and left early. Stole some of our materials we had paid for then denied it. After we parted ways, he kept stalling on giving our house keys back until we showed up at his mother's house to get them. Shockingly, he used his wife's passing as an excuse to get sympathy from his suppliers who he left waiting onsite and they wanted to charge for a second appointments (she passed a year ago and he has already moved on). He has other bad reviews which we have subsequently found under other names on Hello Peter - look for R&R Property Specialists and RMR Projects - Rainer Richardson. Save your money and stay away from this man!
