INCOMPETENCE

R&R APPLIANCES KING EDWARD STR. NEWTON PARK PORT ELIZABETH. Does the owner/technician of this business actually know what he is doing?Some months ago i sent an appliance in for service/repair.Needless to say,the repair only lasted a week.Thereafter it went back & forth at least 3 x times.I was advised by R&R Appliances to discard this appliance & rather purchase a new one.I eventually tracked down the previous technician that use to work at this company in late 2016.My home appliance was repaired & now 7 x months later,still going strong. Consumers need to made aware of shoddy workmanship, bad advise & incompetence from companies such as this.
