Poor workmanship

After having confirmed 3 times that the painters would be starting on 11 May 2021, they did not arrive. I was then told their secretary had double-booked. On asking to speak to the owner to lodge a complaint I was told that I could not as she was out. Their workmanship is shoddy too! Merely painting over cracked paint without preparing properly. So don't ever hire RPS! They are disorganised, their workmanship is not good...in short their customer service is non-existent. I had no choice but to use them as it is an insurance claim by our body corporate, but if the choice were mine, from what I have seen and experienced I am far from impressed!
