Poor service and customer relations.

If there was a minus 5 stars I would pick that. Unprofessional , unprepared and completely out of their depth. When the person I spoke to after giving them 3 weeks of grace told me she never agreed to a completion time I just lost it . If they were not a insurance appointed I would not let them back onto my property.
