Unreliable

Very unreliable and lying alot. I took my car Astra H on 2020/03/07 for a enjin rebuild that the owner Gregg said will cost R8500.00 and it would take a week. I gave R4000.00 deposit and balance to be paid on completion. Needless to say time came and went and when lockdown level 4 was started and permission was given to work on essential worker's vehicle I said I need the car because my brother who is a policeman needed the vehicle to travel to work. Again promises. On 2020/05/26 I went to fetch the car3no work was done and the owner Gregg told me that the cylinder head pistons and cams were ******. He refused to buy or pay for new parts.He is unreliable please be careful. This is in WESTERING Port Elizabeth
