The most unprofessional company I have ever experienced!!

The most unprofessional company I have ever worked for! The employers treat their employees like **** - late payments ALWAYS and NO PAYMENTS at all. The owners have a serious attitude problem and think they are above anyone and everyone. They do not respond to your calls your messages regarding being paid yet were quick to point out mistakes and when they are not happy with something. This is NOT how a company should be run. Happy employees = productive staff. You cant expect workers to work a full month and NOT pay them. DO NOT work for this company. Better yet, do not do your Real Estate qualification with this training academy. They want upfront payments and do not guarantee when your classroom training is to begin so DO not waste your time as you could wait months and months until you are due to begin with your payment being made. They will tell you that this is to "secure" your seat as well as your payment- and when interns do complain - they have a serious attitude with them. Very unprofessional! I cannot express how disgusted I am with this company and the owners!! Pay your staff, treat them better and treat your interns better- stop lying!!!
