The Palms Ottery

Don't use rpf Africa or their agent CRYSTAL MAURITZ ! The palms fern was estate ottery terrible place to live ! •moved in with a sticky gross oven (now we are being held responsible for it when we didn't use it) this is the condition crystal left the oven in and we are expected to pay over R3k for it to be cleaned ? We were there for 4 and half months and moved out with immediate effect ! The MOLD the DAMP in that place made us physically sick !! CRYSTAL blamed us for blocked drains, mold and the damp ? When the tenants above us lived there they kept knocking onto the floors and walls when we addressed CRYSTAL about this issue she done nothing about it but scolded us when we finally addressed the tenants in a respectful manner because we couldn't take the knocking anymore
