Disgusted by

This was our first experience renting a property and what a horrible experience it was. The estate agent could not follow through on her own instruction regarding apartment choice, then after handover my partner and I find that the unit is unfortunately too small and living would be uncomfortable.

After weeks of back and forth and finally coming to the conclusion that an apartment swop will be done, we get notified on the day of swop that our requested unit has been sold.

Further to that we decided to early terminate our lease because clearly no resolves was going to be found to ensure tenant satisfaction. ( we would have loved to be long term tenants) upon exit; faults in the unit from previous tenants was pinned on us with no proof that it was/was not our fault.

Also communication throughout was nauseating to say the least. We do not and will never recommend anybody to take up lease application with RPF Africa
