RPD solar non existent after sales service. STAY CLEAR

Terrible service. Installed Solar due to a sales pitch at Decorex that we don't need batteries due to the nature of our electricity meter that is manual and allows us to feed into the grid and from it again when needed. After installation, we did not experience any savings in electricity. After starting to enquire they finally sent someone and have never heard back since. Even after multiple attempts. Their numbers don't work and the salesperson keeps promising they'll get back to us every time and never hear from him again or answer the phone again from a number where we previously reached him. Horrible horrible horrible experience and company. DO NOT use RPD solar.
