RPD Solar

Please be very careful before you install a solar system provided by RPD SOLAR. It is a huge investment and one expects a system that works. They installed my system on 22/12/2017. It consists of 2 times 5kW invertors with 18 solar panels and 4 batteries. From the first week the one invertor kept on blowing a fuse and they eventually had to replace it 3 times. RPD Solar technicians program the invertors to protect the batteries after it reaches 11v per battery. The first time the municipality power had an outage, the batteries were drowned and went dead. The batteries aren’t working anymore. No matter how many complaints, emails or phone calls, RPD Solar doesn’t want to help. You cannot get hold of them. They ignore all calls and emails. Hellopeter removed my first complaint saying that RPD Solar is false company. My invoice letter and quote has RPD Solar logo on it. They also have a Facebook page. But you cannot get hold of them on their premises unless you look for E Engineering Group. I feel that this complaint against RPD Solar should stay on Hellopeter so that others do not fall into the same trap as me. They made a lot of promises just to get the business, but they do not have an aftercare serve. They just take your money.
