I want to compliment Johnny at this panelbeater for his friendliness and willingness to go an extra mile for a client. Yesterday, the insurance company approved a repair claim for my vehicle. Johnny called me about the approval and that they are the accredited repairer in this region for the make of vehicle. When I indicated that I have a challenge to bring the vehicle in during normal working hours, he volunteered to go at my house to collect it. Bang! I was impressed by this guy.
