Disgusting Experience

I have never been disrepected like this in my entire life. Roz has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. She should not be in the cake industry as a professional if she is unable to handle it. It was disgusting in the way in which she spoke to me. I did not deserve the words she spoke to me and therefore I advise everyone out there to never deal with her and her business.

Absolutely disgusted at how some people can behave.
