Complaint against Rozewood Pty Ltd

We feel coerced and forced to use Rozewood Pty Ltd at Meadowlands Estate in Madadeni J Section. Unfortunately, they have done nothing to improve the estate, pocketing substantial fees while residents have been without electricity for nearly a year. The grass hasn't been cut in a long time, and the overall condition of the estate has deteriorated significantly. Majority of the estate has been under business rescue for almost two years, yet no court documents have been presented to justify this prolonged period. Minority ***ners) are forced to pay high levies to cover the majority that has been kept in a business rescue. They have raised levies to double the amount we were previously paying, all without holding an AGM to discuss these changes. We had previously terminated their services, but after a court appointed an administrator, they reinstated them, forcing us to continue using Rozewood Pty Ltd. They consistently ignore our queries, which feels like a blatant abuse of power and a violation of our rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
