ROZESS HAS TAKEN MY MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERED ANYTHING
ROZESS TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER! I was approached by Rosezz who sold me the perfect business plan. I was a new salon owner and decided to go with the Gold Option. I was truly excited. This was November 2021. Almost 8 months later and I have nothing to show for the R120 000 that I paid. Delay after the next after the next. Excuses on email. I keep getting told, we can't tell you when you'll get your machines but just give us another week, or 2 or a month. I've had to spend an additional R150 000 to buy my actual machines so that I can open my salon. The Consumer protection act has acknowledged that they are in breach of contract and that I am supposed to get a refund but nobody contacts you, and I was told, the owners are too busy to contact me. I had previously left a review. I was asked to remove the review as their attorney was drafting an email. That was 1 week ago with still no response. So now, I will handle this matter by posting and hopefully let nobody else give you money!
DO NOT TRUST ROZESS!!!!!
Rozess has responded to this review saying we have come to an amicable solution. BS!! They gave me a machine (because they could not pay my money back offering R100 a month..... so they offered me another machine) and said it was a demo.
When we got it and opened it up, it was from 2011, old, rusted inside, and didn't work properly.
So I will say it again
DO NOT TRUST ROZESS!!!!!!!!
They also tried to bully me by sending me a lawyers letter saying they will sue for defamation because of my review!
