Royal Marketing (Pty) Ltd is a ********** company. They **********ly debited my account for R89.00. I have been leasing with them since 02/07/2018 to provide me with the debit order authorisation which i have signed/telephonic agreement. Till today they have failed/neglected to do so. I have been liaising with their Customer Service Manager Winnie Twice at ********** 609 who has been very unprofessional and made empty promises. I have left numerous messages for their Financial Director John Nicker, who has never responded. I am now taking the matter to the police to have a ***** case open. It is about time that SA take a stand against these ********** companies and take them to account legally. I have tried to amicably resolve the matter but they are not not taking my calls. Regardless of the amount, the fact is a crime has been committed to many SA people and i am going to take them on for myself and many South Africans that could not.
