Royalpodz ****mers! DO NOT buy

My brother-in-law ordered me Apple AirPods Pro 2 for my birthday. The box it came in when it arrived said it was the right model but I found some inconsistencies and after doing some research I found that the AirPods in the box were actually Pro 1 and not Pro 2. Plus the charger never worked. I have been trying to get hold of them now for over 2 weeks via their website, email and instagram. There is no contact number I can find for them. They mislead us with the box saying it was as Pro 2 and same on the website we purchased it from. Still haven’t heard from them
