Bad services and package not received

This business sells jewellery. I have never had a problem with it as I have purchased from them before, until last year (2023). I purchased 2 bracelets from them some time in the beginning of the year and they said I would receive it sometime in the middle which is normal. From there, the time came for it to be delivered and it never was. I contacted them and they then delivered a wrong package to me and again I contacted them and said they would deliver the right one. From then I was continuously contacting them and they would say that they can Uber it and when I would respond they would never get back to me, i would contact them everyday to find out about my package and they then blocked me on WhatsApp. I contacted them on instagram and when they realised it was me, they stopped responding. I still haven’t received my package to this day!
