Unprofessional client service at Royal Tree Spa

The manager at Royal tree is horrible, rude and has a stinking attitude towards customers. On the 27 of October we had a booking for 4 people for a full body massage, facial, pedicure and a light lunch. When we got there to our dissapointment they made a mess of our booking. They only made a booking for 2 people. We asked to see the manager and see if we can come up with a solution to the incorrect booking. The manager comes in and looks at us with disgust and attitude and tells us that there is nothing they can do we can go if we want to. We tried to be civil and calm and asked that they reschedule us for another day.

They rescheduled us for another day for Saturday 23 November . We arrived there and got ready for our treatments. Mind due their towels are dirty and the face cloths they use to wipe off the oils after massage are rough and old. After our treatments we go for the "light lunch" to our surprise the so called light lunch they only serve chicken mayo sandwich and nothing else. This was never communicated to us because some of us have dietary requirements. I go again to reception to get clarity and the receptionists says let me call the manager for you to discuss this issue. Yet again she comes with her stinking attitude, she is rude and defensive. She tells us that that what they serve and if we do not want it we can leave.

What makes me mad is the fact that she treats us like she is giving the service for free or we are begging for the service. She is really not the right person to manage such an establishment and come to think of it she was just a receptionist before she was manager and the level of attitude and the way she treats clients is disgusting, unacceptable and unprofessional. Royal tree spa management/owners need to take her for training on how to deal with clients and their issue. I will never recommend any of my friends, family, colleagues or anyone to go there. What makes it worse is also the way they treat their employees is really unprofessional.
