Deprived Clients

So in July I was interested in booking for a spa with Royal Tree but was told its no longer valid. I then used a different number and pretended to be a white lady, to my suprise the special was available. Question is is our money not good enough or you do not cater for our kind? Pr it was not our lucky day? Also refer to the dates in the screenshot. Frame 1 and 2 was on the 23 July 2022 and frame 3, 4 and 5 when I was a 'WHITE' lady the 26th and 27th July 2022.
