Poor management and arrogance

The reason for my review is to highlight bad management and arrogance of the rich and powerful. I have been looking for employment for three years now without success, a friend of mine suggested a meeting with the owner of this company, Mr Mahesh. I tried in vane for almost a month to contact him to arrange a meeting he persistently ignored my calls. Eventually I managed to speak to him and arranged a meeting for 14h00 on the 7th July. I arrived on time dressed appropriately and with the appropriate respect to meet with this owner. I should have realized what I was dealing with when he made me wait for over two hours without so much as an explanation or apology. He met with me for a few minutes and handed me over to one of his managers who after a lengthy conversation indicated that he was of the opinion that there was a position that I could fill in the organization. He indicated that he would discuss this with Mahesh and that Mahesh would revert to me. It is now October 5 and despite my numerous texts and calls I still have not had the curtesy of an official response. I fully understand that it is his priority to make the decision but not to treat me with the contempt and disrespect that he is treating me with. It is people like that who are rich and powerful who see themselves as demigods, I will not accept such behaviour just because I am looking for employment. This man has no respect for himself or anyone else he is a disgrace. It could be that I am white or an older person, either way this behaviour is despicable. This man needs to learn manners and educate himself regarding management and common decency. Should the circumstance have been different I would have understood but this was a personal introduction, which indicates disrespect for both myself and our common friend. All I want to say is "Mr Mahesh you are a disgrace and despite your position you have much to learn."
