Most Unprofessional and Inconsiderate Makeup Artists

Worst service ever! I contacted Shantel months in advance and paid the entire amount of R1400 for glam make up and styled curls with extensions. I made it clear to Shantel that I needed to be ready by 12 since I had a photoshoot with the bridal retinue at 1pm in ballito and more importantly since it was my brother's wedding . Nedika came at 10am and worked at a pace slower than that of a snail. Apparently Shantel didnt tell her that I had ordered glam make up and would be using hair extensions. I found this odd since she had charged me extra for the use of extentions. Nedika did not even know that I had paid for eyelash extensions aswell. Thankfully she carried a pair, however it took 45mins for her to make it stick! She had no back up pair ( how unprofessional ) and asked my mum's stylist if she could borrow her glue and a pair of lashes from her. Nedika ended up completing my look 4 hours later which meant she left my house at 2pm instead of 12. I missed my sister inlaws shoot. I will not recommend Royal Touch Makeup to anyone. They are extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Because of Royal Touch I missed an important shoot. Worse service I've ever experienced. Thankfully it wasn't my wedding or else I would have missed my wedding.
