Royal toiletry ****

We Purchased a gold toilet from them August 2025 we were kept on a line and the communication from them was very bad. We never received a tracking nr and after a while we requested a refund. To date 27/11/2025 we have not received a refund or a product or any further communication from them.

This is a **** do not purchase from them. We had to buy a new toilet from amazon and received it within a few weeks.
