Bad customer service / atmosphere created

Service is shocking, argued with a customer with regards to a refund, infront of other customers, where the atmosphere was terrible, the manager of the store, was unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone, as the customer in the situation was treated with no respect throughout the refund, I'm not aware of the refund was awarded
