went to more than an extra mile to keep me happy

I bought an inflatable tent in February. There was a lot of promises and nothing forth coming. As a customer I was the most difficult person one can find. I made Kates life a living hell but to my surprise and that of my wife this woman stayed calm. She was always willing to help. She always gave me the truth about the were about of their stock and the difficulty with shipping. She was never rude or made promises she could not keep. She even consulted the director three times just to keep my happy. I must apologize for the suffering I caused and Thank Kate for her outstanding service.
