Poor quality products and lack of client service

I bought a stretch tent from Royal Tents which has torn the first time it was erected and was erected by a Person who was recommended by Royal tents.<br> <br> The last payment made towards the tent to Royal tents was on the 15th July<br> 2015 through an EFT.<br> <br> on the 15th of August 2015 was the first and only time that the tent was<br> erected or rather pitched and it was spotted by the guy who was pitching it<br> that it had a hole in it.<br> <br> on the 17th August 2015 the tent was taken back to Royal Tents and to date<br> there has not been any positive response from them except for the fact that<br> they are alleging that the tent was not pitch correctly which is not true<br> because the person who was pitching it has extensive experience in the field<br> of tents and was once an employee of Royal Tents and recommended by them to<br> me.
