Everything promised on website a lie

Bought an inflatable tent (tube tent). Was promised that I would get it within 7 working days. I have been waiting 3 months now. Every-time I phoned they promised within the next month. To make up for lost promises they said that they had another tent a cube tent. The problem with this tent is that everything it is suppose to be coming with is not there. There are no windows as promised. They promised to make the windows and I would get them withing the week. The week passed. When phoned they said they had a truck problem and that the windows were being made. When confronted with the lie that is it a truck problem or that its still being made promises statred flowing
