Exceptional customer service- Royal-T Electrical

I bought 3 ceiling fans, and needed them fitted. A friend had used RoyalT electrical and recommended them. I contacted Stuart but his line was busy. He called back, saying he got a missed call from my number and asked how he could help. I explained what was required, and asked him for a quote. He gave me a price over the phone, I approved, and we agreed a day and time. He arrived as arranged, went to work and the job was completed to my satisfaction. He even swept up afterward to ensure it was as clean as before he arrived. Best electrician service ever- Punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
