Very bad service

<p>Before I bought a groupon voucher today I called the spa to ascertain whether they were able to accomodate my cousin and I today. The lady who answered told me that the voucher limit for the day is full, however, I can still do the treatment today at 18:00 if I buy a voucher. I then bought the voucher and forwarded to the spa so long. Now she calls me and say I must come monday or sunday because i cant come and she does not want me to speak to the manager. I think its *********** people because i could have gone to another spa. i am disgusted with the service and i am not interested to visit the spa ever again.</p>
