A deal is currently advertised on daddydeals from Royal spa which is situated at JDN House Unit 12 6th Floor 26A Short market St Cape Town City Centre, this deal cost R249 for a couples massage, before purchasing the deal i decided to call reception to find out if they have an available date for 04/09/19 the woman known as the receptionist answered and was so unprofessional screaming at me asking what time would I like to come she was insisting instead of listening to my questions I needed to ask all she wanted to so was book the appointment once I told her what voucher I was looking at she claimed that there is a printing error and the voucher is for one person not two, i told her this is misleading and if I has purchased this before calling, she then claimed if i had to arrive for the massage it would have only redeemed a massage for one person and doesnt care whether I purchase the deal as it will only be covering one person. she was rude and I am utterly disgusted by her telephone manners. the advertising is misleading and the this is certainly not a place I would want to go to even if were for free.
