excellent customer service

I had purchased an item from a royal smokers store and I was given the wrong item. I had only seen this when I opened my shopping bag at home. Upon seeing that I had the incorrect item I called the store to inform them about their mistake. Not long after that I received a call from the manager asking for directions to my house so he could bring the correct item to me. I was so pleased to know that they were so quick to assist me and that the manager brought the correct time right to my door without any questions being asked. It's extremely great to know that such good customer service still exists and I'll gladly shop again at royal smokers. Thank you Royal smokers.
