DONT REPLACE YOUR WATCH BATTERY HERE

Had my watch battery changed, which I was convinced by them is possible to do. Firstly was told it takes two batteries which was paid for but in fact it takes one, secondly, the watch that was working perfectly fine, was no convincingly "not working" on further inspection, they damaged the battery retaining clip and after straightening the clip and fitting the ONE battery, the watch is working again. To top it all off the engraving machine can not engrave at the moment because of "laptop issues" - disappointing to be polite...
