just a money hungry school

I'm so over this school its not even funny. ive been going through a bit of a dip since my partner lost his job during covid anyways last year i kind of struggled a bit with the fees but i made payment arrangement to settle whatever balance in December when i got my bonus. next thing im handed over even though i spoke to the office lady Dorothy and told her i will pay in a small portion in November then the balance in December which i did, then i wrote the payment arrangement form sent it with my daughter but they say they received it late again not my fault her teacher was sickly and hardly at school and i told her to give it to her teacher. anyways they handed me over the lady that im dealing with from Balance Due creditors never answers my calls and hardly responses text messages yet she said we will chat on whatsapp. There was another amount paid in December which doesnt reflect for some reason i sent her proof of payment and asked numerous times for the balance so i can settle and still no response and schools are opened. i called Neo he gives me a different amount which is higher than what she gave me and the money paid in December still doesnt reflect when i finally got hold of Lilian she said she will check and been ignoring me since. Firstly i got handed over even after i had communicated with the school and made arrangements, secondly they not updating payments then i get ignored. So many people left the school because they care about nothing but money education is not even that great, i left my daughter there for convenience cause its litteraly a walking distance from my work but even i am enough with this now. i mean i know its private but come on!
