Ignoring Faults of repairs

I have personally requested Mr Lioyd to come repaid toilet and taps that have been leaking at my place. Within a week the taps began leaking yet again. I contacted him several times, he claimed that his brother passed on and he had to go barry him in Zim to date we are still waiting for him to come check the poor work he has done. We are facing drought and wasting water is no option at all. I chose him of all other plumbers cos of authenticity and God fearing behaviour he portrait. There is none of such of him. It's about money and no integrity on the work he does. HOW DO WE THEN SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES ESPECIALLY FOREIGN OWNED???? HE CLAIMS ON HIS BUSINESS CARD THAT THEY ARE FAST AND EFFECTIVE... PERHAPS ON RECEIVING CASH NOT ON DELIVERING QUALITY WORK.... DISGUSTED WITH THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR....
