Dog breeder ****.

I made a deposit for a puppy I really wanted to buy for my children but unfortunately could no longer take because we do not have a suitable living space for a dog. The contract clearly stipulating that under unforseen circumstances or out of one's control the refund could be returned.

I have been begging this business to return my money which I really need back for over a year.

Tons of messages ignored, countless calls ignored, empty promises to return the refund.

Still nothing.

I believe this business is a **** and they have ****** my money.
