Poor service of Royal Palms BnB in Port Elizabeth

I had booked on this BnB for 2 nights in Port Elizabeth, on the first day the WiFi was not working although they claim that there's WiFi. On the following day, I needed to iron my clothes and there was no iron or ironing board, I had to call them and they had to borrow it from the other room. When I came back later I discovered there was no room service and when I asked them they told me that they only do room service after second day meaning I had to use same towels I had used earlier. The bed was not done and I had to use the same sheets. There was too much noise and when you call the receptionist they don't answer the phone. Before I check out I needed to iron my clothes and again there was no iron or ironing board.
