Very noisy and they don't care to move you

I was really upset about how noisy the hotel is at all hours of the day. I tried to take naps, but when I tell one cleaning lady I don't require house keeping, another one comes and knocks me awake to ask the same thing, and then another. Then there was construction going on right outside my bedroom door. I phoned reception and asked why my room was even available to be booked if there was going to be loud construction going on right outside my door. It is so unacceptable. They told me it will be done at 5pm. They didn't give me a different room where I can sleep and relax. I simply just had to deal with it and wait till 5pm. This made me very sad and I felt very neglected and as though noone at the hotel cared about my time away from home, they just cared about money and because I already paid upfront, there was no more incentive to try and offer me a peaceful and quite stay. I spend every Monday to Thursday/Friday in a Durban hotel to see a client. Since my previous hotel is no longer available on Hotels.com, I was hoping that Royal Palm Hotel can be my new home away from home, but after that service, I don't believe I'll be returning. I need a hotel that values its guests and offers a quiet, relaxed environment. At the very least they could have just moved me to a quieter room away from the construction.
