Warning to other consumers to to be alert of Royal palace furniture store

Order #10815.I have ordered furniture from Royal palace on 25 October 2021 with a promise of 14 working days delivery, i paid 19790 with sales person name Mathabo Phalatse. I then recieved confirmation of funds recieved and expected delivery date. Also a mail from Zandile who say is a manager saying they have backlock, but she never replies mails. Beyond that fones just rings, whtsapp got blue ticks and answered after a day or hours, before i made deposit i would even get call from the lady after that no one cares whether you get you products or not. I called sales one time the fone got answered am told the order is ready for delivery I must whatsapp delivery whtsapp number, i text the delivery whatsapp the person is saying he dont have my complete furniure. sales says your oder is ready. the game that is being played by this furniture store is so painful while you paid the whole 20k with trap of website they have of nice furniture. Once they have your money you will be taken from pillar to post to date i dont know what is happening with my order.
