Unable to reach the company

I have never in my life dealt with such a company, the service is so bad No one responds to emails , their phone lines ring and drop off, you basically cant get through to anyone.

I logged a refund request due to the service I have been receiving I would like to cancel my order. I did this on Monday to date no one has called me or advise if the refund has been actioned or not or eves allocated to someone
