Royal palace furniture store ********
This store doesn't even deserve a rating, it's ******** people. Im still waiting for my goods since 12th September 2021. They never answer the phone. They need to be reported. Im beyond disgusted when i think about this store. Please something needs to be done

18 Nov 2021, 14:18I dont think you are prepared to deliver the goods in a right condition. You wanted me ti sign for the couch that have tear, zips not working, legs falling apart. Ive been calling the store from the 1st day i placed an order, some of the staff were even laughing at my complaints, some promising lies.
Till to date im still waiting and im still calling and the phone gets dropped.
I paid almost R10k for a ****pie service.
