ROYAL PALACE FURNITURE STORE is a ROYAL *****!!!!

ROYAL PALACE is nothing but a ROYAL *****!!!!! I placed an order 23/08/2021. Today is 15/10/2021. I have received nothing! I emailed several times always receiving an auto-reply saying they will get back to me... nothing!! I tried to phone them, tried different options to reach sales, customer services, accounts... nothing!! Tried their online web open chat... no response!!! Online companies who take payments so easily and then just do not respond or even sent products are ******* and **********!! Shame on you!!! You do not even deserve one star!!!
