Royal Palace Furniture are *****s

They stole my money. I paid R16999 on 18 November for a Commudus patio set. They said it would take 7 days to make and 3 to 5 days to deliver. They never delivered what I ordered and wanted me to take a cheaper option which they also failed to deliver. I requested a cancelation and refund and they ignored me.
