Money in bank but no goods or answer

I have ordered and paid for patio furniture on the 6th of October 2021. On the 12th of October Zandele Cele contacted me to inform me that my order is running late due to Numsa strike. Till today no e-mails were answered and the telephone calls gets ended on their side. This is a R26 000 order and no reply? What, is this a ****??
