BAD SERVICE

We have bought a lounge suite 3 weeks ago, and gave Royal Palace the date for delivery. To this day nobody seems to know what is happening with our order. I don't even know if this company exists or not. Our order number is #11060. Our client want to open the case of ***** against us.

Nobody seems to care to get back to us with a positive response.
