2 weeks no feedback

I have sent Royal Palace over 20 emails, I have even written 2 reviews on Hello Peter and even called them several times and still my refund request hasn’t been actioned and no one has provided me with feedback or answered any of my email. I’m starting to think this company is a ****

The consultant handling my case is Natasha Maseko her service is so bad she reads emails but doesn’t respond what a banana company
