Royal messco service delivery failure

I have placed a order on the 3rd of December 2024 , it is now the 27th February 2025 the last update i received was that the parcel has been received and they were busy adding the chain and packaging 13th February , i have been very understanding what was suppose to be Christmas gift was now suppose to be birthday gift and it still has not been delivered this is unacceptable service while i understand that there was delays over festive period , you accepted my money and not delivered the goods with poor customer service at that , i sent a WhatsApp on the 19th February and it has not been answered . But this is now ridiculous that i must complain on a platform to get my goods or my refund.
