I ordered personalised bracelets last year November during their Black Friday special. I had expected some wait because the items were being imported. The company then made contact to show me the final product and I anticipated delivery soon after. I have been made promises of delivery to no avail. I have request my money however it appears that I won’t be getting that as they are not responsive. I’m tired of following up with them! Stop ******** people and refund me!
